Unusual and unfortunate experience with this. What is the purpose?
OK platform but they need to check it because I cannot move orders on the chart by clicking and dragging, should be enabled asap. I wanted to open account with Dukascopy but they refused my application. I sent all of my fully legally documents from Canada for source of my fund but they refused my account because I was originally from another place. All of my documents and my bank account and my sources were fully legally by government of Canada. I've been using Dukascopy with the javaws Jforex.
I don't think I have seen any disruptions which is good. Other than silly spreads on some of the crosses around the US close. I opened another currency account to do internal transfer.

It costs a fee and is not instant even though you get the spot rate. Even after several hours it was still not complete, another minus. Got rude and disrespectful account manager. Positive: I found JForex3 better for charting and using indicators than other platforms that I tried out, but know that it was one of the first ones that I used. I might be just used to it. The support for it is also good, if one asks through the community chats. It is also possible to have indicators added to the platform, but it requires some persistence in the communication with their staff. I prefer looking up content of other traders than a broker or education site that makes money from ads or turnover. Small spreads on the main pairs. Did not spot slippage in execution.
Regulation and Security
The exceptions were economic calendar events, but they can be easily avoided as the calendar is available on the platform and their website.
