They just do not have support ticket system! No tickets status, no current progress, nothing. Just send email to support and wait. Sometimes 1 hours, sometimes 10 hours. Use taskmgr. Yesterdy all MT4 got an automatic update what caused a heavy slowdown. MT4 vendor was. They should not ship the automated update just in times of heavy trading. I was offline for hours. Today i ordered a third vps to be prepared with my mt4 in heavy trading timtes that causes a lot of CPU depending on the EA you use. You will not see the needed CPU in calm times.
